WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
• Returns and exchanges are only allowed upon presentation of the original invoice.
• Lighting can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
• It cannot be returned or exchanged as usual with offers and discounts.
• Goods must be in original condition by carton.
• That the goods are not intact (the cable connected to the electricity was cut).
• Lighting that contains cells that can be retrieved in case of breakage or scratching after its exit.
• It can be replaced or returned to the lighting that the customer specifically requested.
• Refund is made by 1 to 10 days post date the cheque, or in cash only if it is available.
